At Maggie Dixon Real Estate we believe that customer service is paramount to the success of our business. We want happy customers who will be able to enjoy the whole real estate experience every step of the way. In order to achieve this we have appointed Karen Shaw to run our Customer Services Department. She is there for you as a point of contact independent of sales consultants.
Karen has two lovely daughters with her husband Phil and has the best of both mothering and working roles.
Administration Support
Julz has loads and loads of experience with customer service so when a role opened at Maggie Dixon she didn't hesitate to put up her hand and join the 'Think Yellow" team. She has a challenging position working alongside both the rental and sales teams. Julz has a great sense of humour and is happy to fit in where she is required.
With a smile and a welcoming "hello" you'll meet Lynne on most weekends (and occasionally during the week if we're short staffed) Lynne handles our weekend reception role and helps the Sales team prepare for their Open Homes and drafting agreements.
Rental Department Manager
Dennis is the Manager of the Rental Department. His role is to oversee the running of the department and focus on liaison with the Property Owners. His various management roles in the past have given him the expertise and his background in Real Estate makes him the ideal person for the role.

Letting Agent
Karl is the man-in-charge of letting properties. He conducts all property viewings, initial inspections, prospective tenant screening and the signing up of new tenancies. His experience in the Investigation sector gives him the expertise to ensure that we are always putting the most suitable tenants into our properties.
Business Development Officer
Bruce is the newest member to the rental department team. He really enjoys his role as Business Development Manager as it gives him the opportunity to meet new people and help them find the right solutions for their rental properties.
